personal reasons
Color / size: not satisfied / wrong choice
Here are 2 cases
1, if it is before the order is sent out and there is no tracking number, please send an email to customer service immediately to explain, amazingsonginfo@gmail.com
2, if the order is issued after and have a tracking number, we are sorry that the package has been issued can not be intercepted, you can contact customer service after receiving the package exchange.
Please note that here the buyer needs to pay the second shipping costs (including shipping costs to send back and we exchange the goods issued shipping costs, will be deducted in your first order.)

Exchange please follow this process.

  • Contact customer service after receiving the package with instructions to exchange
  • Write on the note in the box: your order number + reason for exchange
  • Select logistics company to send back the package
  • Send the return tracking number to customer service

NOTE: Please make sure your returned product is in its original condition with product care card, invoice and packaging, including carton, dust bag, chain packaging, etc. (except for returns due to damage or defect). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your exchange and issue a refund.
We are not responsible for compensation or reimbursement if the exchange package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our exchange requirements.

 

Exchange made more than 15 days after receipt of the goods will not be agreed.
