Most in-stock items will reach you within 9-12 business days. Please note that business days refer to Monday to Friday and do not include Public Holidays. Delivery may take longer during sale events or an extended warehouse closure due to public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@amazing.store with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. We will respond with a return authorization and further instructions within 3-5 working days.

Please note: Item exchanges are subject to stock availability Only regular-priced items are aligible for return or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once approved, you will need to arrange for the item to be returned to our warehouse according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
